These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of My Adventist Library. By creating an account or signing in you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the app.
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading, or that infringes the rights of others; not to impersonate any person; not to spam; and not to interfere with the operation of the app or attempt to access it by unauthorized means.
You keep ownership of the content you post or upload. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and distribute that content within the app so the service can function. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload — including books and PDFs — and you confirm your uploads do not infringe copyright.
Discussions and uploads are user-generated. We may review, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice. You can report content and block users from within the app.
Ellen G. White writings and my custom books content are provided for personal, non-commercial study. Rights in those works remain with their respective owners.
The app is provided free of charge and "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may add, change or remove features at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
